In this new version all DD-wrt scripts is included. Vlighttpd script by frater(DD-WRT) Pound reverse proxy for Apache (DD-Wrt) Fixtables for K2.6 Kernels (DD-Wrt) Asiablock Service. (DD-Wrt) World Block Service (DD-Wrt) Service Util (DD-WRT) which will run as SERVICES to avoid conflict with tomato Service command. Also Transmission will be updated to new Version and some other Minor Updates and fixes.

Installation Procedure

1)For those already have installed any other Optware Package, Do the Following...

Delete all scripts from FIRMWARE at Script_init - Usb Before mount - Usb After Mount - Usb Hotplug - Firewall tables and SAVE.

SET AUTOMOUNT OFF
SAVE and REBOOT

Now follow the Rest of installation Procedure....

2)Just Be SURE AUTOMOUNT is OFF.
Connect your Disks to your Router and Reboot.
You not need to Prepare any Partitions because the Script will make them for you.
The Script will create 3 Partitions.
1st will have 256 MB size and will used as SWAP.
2nd will have 1GB size and will used As /opt mounting for Optware Package.
3rd will have all the remain space of your disk and will used as /tmp/harddisk mounting for DATA.
So dont worry about partitions - format etc. etc.

In case you connect 2nd Disk then, the script will make your second disk as DATA disk ext3 with ONE partition mounted as /tmp/harddisk2

3) On your router remove any other USB device you have and connect you USB Disk.

4) Make sure you will have Automount OFF at USB and NAS => USB Support Page of your router.
Then SAVE & REBOOT your Router...

use PuTTy and write the following command...

Only Registered Members Can View this .... Register HERE

and the next screen will Appear.



PLEASE DONT forget that after Install Completed, your router WEB PAGE will be ONLY accessible at 192.168.1.XXX:8080 or 8082 and Username will be root...
This will happen in case you select PHPSqlCms or SAWANNA or SabNzBget+ o

8) As you see at the Image you can USE 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,a,b,c, keys to Select or UnSelect Apps will Install.
with (6) Key you Select PHPSqlCms or SAWANNA to Install
With (8) Key you select TwonkyMedia or MediaTomb to Istall.

with (P) key you change Page of Optware List

With (X) key you change the language of included optware (Not Working Yet)
With (+) key we choose between Format Installation (New Installation) / Update Only or Reinstall
With (-) Key we choose between Transmission and rtorrent P2P app..
With (^) Key we start a Check Error on your USB Disk

With (=) Key we choose repository of optware to download. I suggest to leave it at default Archive for Best compatibility.

With (H) Key we choose how many disks we will use. One Or TWO Disks

With (I) Key we Choose if Apps will be accessible through WAN (Internet).
And Finally with (!) Key we Start the Installation of Optware Package...

Entire Installation may last 10 - 60 Minutes or more depending from what you select and how fast is your Disk and your Router.
So be patient and watch the installation Procedure or Drink a Coffee...

If all went OK the router will Reboot and PLEASE Wait at Least 5-10 Minutes Before try to ACCESS any Page on Your Router.
This is normal because if your router don't have much RAM like mine ASUS RT-N16, it use SWAP disk for loading and makes it Slow.

Depending from want you installed, Scripts after the Boot are loading and may this time your router will LAG due to Heavy DUTTY.

When all Scripts loaded and Running, Then you can TRY to ACCESS your APPS...

I look forward to this, unfortunately the Valkerab script stopped working after a few days and now I can't access the Tomato webui anymore plus I am having a lot of connection issues and my hard drives are inexplicably dropping away sometimes after a few hours (they show as unmounted). I see you listed sabnzbd+ LA - does this mean you were able to fix it? If so - bravo! As soon as a fully working version is up I will test and let you know the results.

Sabnzbd+ is listed but not working well yet.
We had some progress but still is not usable.
I have to test some new tricks and if work then will remain at the final list.

Does there happen to be some power management app for the USB drives that can be added to optware? For example, an app that spins down or puts the USB drives to sleep after being idle for a certain period of time (e.g. 15 mins). Upon access to the disk, it will spin back up.

You must find a tool for canceling this option for your HDDs .

This isn't the problem, as these drives do not have this feature. My script is actually installed on a usb key anyway and the hard drives are just mounted as shares. I have issues with samba not starting some services sometimes on boot, the tomato webui is totally inaccessible.

Nt sure what the problem is, it was working for a few days. No matter tho, I will patiently wait for mega and try again
