Just repeat the installation and select the components you want.
No need to be worried because your HDD partitions will not be affected and remain as it is even if you select format option.
Just in case write on notepad your current configuration on script windows to ensure that scripts remains as they are.

I want to run a web server but I cannot find the option for Lighttpd...if it is installed by default how would I setup the web server?
(installed is Asterisk, Samba, phpSQLite)

Edit: I found the config file...Lighttpd is installed...
do you use vlighttpd for configuration?

I think I start to understand the concept of phpSQLight...
